Seated Dinner
THE SEATED DINNER
This is the classic default for entertaining your guests. It starts with the cocktail hour and the service of hors d’oeuvres. This is followed by a three to four course fully seated dinner. If food is your passion, the meal can be extended to a tasting dinner with as many courses as you may wish.

You determine the seating format. Is it round tables, square, dramatically long tables or a combination of different types?

THE SUPPER BUFFET
When you want your guests up and mixing rather than seated at a specific table, try our format, The Supper Buffet. It starts with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres..... but the hors d’oeuvres don’t stop. A buffet and/or stations quietly open and is available throughout the evening.

Avoid the standard round tables and mix up the seating styles. The guests get the message that they are not confined to any one spot. This is a great way to energize a party and ensure that the guests mingle.

THE STANDUP DINNER
People love the cocktail hour and ask if we can serve hors d’oeuvres throughout the event. The problem is, no matter how many choices you have, the food repetition can get a bit boring after a couple of hours.

We designed a format that takes the guest through three courses, all articulated in miniature ..... and the menu changes completely every hour. This format totally frees the manner of seating. It is interesting that with this format the guests eat the most food.
